Accommodating boats from 25ft to 45ft across approximately 40 slips, Shagwong has professional dockhands on staff in season to assist boaters, scenic views of Three Mile Harbor, a widespread lawn, and slips located in a protective area. With limited availability remaining for seasonal dockage, dedicated slips have been allocated for those arriving by water, enabling the yachting community to dock, enjoy our sister property EHP Resort located a half-mile down Three Mile Harbor Road.

The striking 5.12-acre Prime Marina, which is located in the Town of Southampton, now Shagwong Marinas—Southampton, is a full-service marina offering approximately 175 wet slips that can accommodate yachts up to 120 feet in the summer, has capacity to store over 125 yachts in the off-season, with a fueling dock and three boat lifts handling 75-ton vessels. The marina features a yoga studio and ship store at an extraordinary waterfront location with incredible views, and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, Shinnecock Bay and Peconic Bay.
